Our story
Why we opened this way
There's a question that comes up in almost every first visit, almost always half-whispered: how many sessions will I need, and how much will it all cost by the end. It's an entirely fair question, and it deserves an answer before starting, not after.
So everything starts with a free assessment of ten to fifteen minutes. We look at the skin, explain what's possible in your case, and set out the full plan, with the number of sessions and the price. Deciding is for whenever you want.
We work with up-to-date equipment, which cools the skin the instant it fires and adjusts to each person's skin type. That matters, and it matters a lot, for the result. Even so, what clients write on Google is almost always about something else: the welcome, the time they were given, leaving understanding what was going to happen.

We explain what's possible
If the treatment isn't right for you, you'll know it at the assessment. If more sessions are needed than expected, you'll know that too. It's information we'd rather give on day one, even when it's not what you were hoping to hear.
We respect the intervals
The hair cycle has its own timing, and rushing the sessions doesn't shorten it. It only spends a session with no result. Four to six weeks between each one, depending on the area and how it responds.
The price stays the same
The quote comes out of the assessment, and it's the one that holds until the end of the plan. No revisions along the way, no discounts with a clock running out.
The space
Where the session takes place
Closed rooms, light that can be dimmed, sterilised equipment in plain sight, and schedules that are kept. None of this treats the skin by itself. What it does change is the hour you spend in here.

- Ten to fifteen minutes for the assessment. Bring a list of any medication you take, and tell us if you've had laser, a peel, or sun exposure in the last two weeks, since that changes what can be done on the day.
